Hello so i damaged my skin barrier a month ago and it left me flaky skin and it comes off on its own and leaves a shiny glow when i peel it off and i get red when in direct sunlight so i stopped using actives and stick to gentle cleanser and a moisturizer routine and after a month my skin didn't get flaky and the dead skin fall off on its own and I don't get red anymore but just recently my face started getting red again in sunlight and cools off 5-6 hours when i get home and my skin doesn't look damaged tho I don't have any acne at all but im experiencing what i was experiencing a month ago, do u guys have any tips? I haven't changed my routine at all btw
