After almost 200 days I crumbled, here's why...

TLDR: Injury, too much time on reddit, anxiety from mysterious lump I needed an ultrasound for, anxiety for an upcoming flight and poor money management.

This all coming on within 2 weeks. Very fast did I lose my willpower and caved. A couple nights ago it was a peak, last night a fap, this morning another fap and this afternoon ai porn and a fap.

Almost 200 days! And out of nowhere life crashed on me. It fucking sucks, guys.
I tell you from the other side that I feel just as shitty and nothing from what I listed above has changed. I fucking hate this.

My message is to watch your triggers. Honestly, I did not change my underlying problems so when life got a little rough I instantly caved. The almost 200 days was just luck.
