little context, i have a handful of health problems right now that are stopping me from a regular 9-5 job, been on benefits for a year now, due to having to leave work when my declined (back issues) (this all body nerve thing i'm investigating) (ankle problems) my body hates me. But doctors in uk 🇬🇧 is a slow process. Trying to get better. I also have to go abroad in august to visit family i need to earn atleast £900 earning money, any suggestions.
The thing i am passionate about is care work used to be a carer for 4 years, turns out that was the start of my back problems 😮💨

i've had lower back pain ever since i worked in care,
but these symptoms are new and are almost like flare ups.

also forgot to mention of day i experienced pins and needles in both hands for a while blooming day 😮💨 that's also new.
please help, im miserable and the doctors are one not quick enough, sometimes not taking it seriously and need more opinions.
