Around 2003 my sister started to do a rural paper route for some extra cash. She had to leave early in the morning and it took about three hours so she would ask either my sister or I to ride along with her. She would drive and we would sit in the passenger seat and put the newspaper in the mailbox. One morning after the sun had just come up we had stopped on a long county road and I rolled down my window to put the paper in the mailbox. While I reached out to deliver the paper, my sister looked down the road and said “What is that? “. I looked on the road and it appeared to be something very tall with dark hair covering its body. It was staining on two legs, walking down the middle of the road. The area that we were at was way out in the country of rural Minnesota. We thought maybe it could’ve been a bear, but even if it was walking on two legs down the middle of the road the legs looked too long to belong to a bear. My sister will still deny that it was Bigfoot, claiming it was just a bear walking on his hind legs, but in the moment she had been so scared that while my arm was in the mailbox delivering the paper, she hit the gas so hard she nearly ripped my arm off. We made an immediate left turn and headed away from whatever it was we had seen. I still don’t know what we saw, but there has been multiple claims of Bigfoot in our area. I still think about it when I’m driving down back country roads to this day.

My mom sent me this photo that she received from her cousin. It’s of the little school house my Grandma attended in rural Minnesota.

Here is the message that came with the photo:
The last pictures of the schoolhouse are interesting. They're NOT for the photograph album. My siblings and I visited the old school house. The doors were locked. No one was around. We were looking in the windows. When I looked at the pictures at home I noticed this little child looking out the window. Remember that no one was around. No one was inside. The lighting at that time of the day would not have worked for it to be a shadow. I thought this was cool and decided to share.
