Hi everyone, I’m looking for some help. My Roblox client consistently crashes after about 10 minutes of being open. It doesn't matter if I’m actively playing a game or just sitting in the main menu — it closes regardless.
My Specs:
OS: Windows 11
CPU: Intel Celeron N5100
RAM: 8 GB
GPU: Integrated Intel UHD Graphics
Installation: Web-browser launcher (official site)
What I’ve already tried:
Completely reinstalled the game.
Cleared the Roblox cache.
I am NOT using any third-party software, executors, or FPS unlockers.
I have an antivirus, but this issue started happening recently without any changes to my security settings.
The issue:
The game usually just closes to the desktop without any specific error code. Since it happens even in the main menu, I'm not sure if it's a hardware limitation, overheating, or something with the Hyperion anti-cheat.
Has anyone else with similar low-end specs experienced this? Should I try the Microsoft Store version instead, or is there a way to check why it's crashing?
