5dpo uncomfortable bra
I finally had my reduction! I have been instructed to keep my bra/binder on for 2 weeks. Not even allowed to take it off to shower. I am so uncomfortable I can barely sleep. It is a sensory nightmare. Any advice on surviving another week and a bit?
