I purchased his book but it's not the same. The one I am thinking of was in a Time Life style, where it had entries on what colonizing Europa would look like, aliens on other worlds, or interstellar travel in a format like Time Life magazine. I THOUGHT Isaac Asimov had a hand in it, but finding anything in that man's bibliography is like a needle in a haystack.
If appreciate any hand in finding something. If it helps I remember it being in a landscape style instead of letter format, but that memory is a bit fuzzy.
