My mom eats instant ramen pretty frequently (out of laziness, not necessity). She also doesn't have a large appetite, so often I'll see a pot of half eaten noodles (sometimes even 3/4th left). The problem is that instead of dumping it or refrigerating it, she'll let it sit there for hours on end (even overnight) and then continue eating. I've talked with her but she just doesn't care.

So I'm looking for instant noodles with small portions for her. Preferably something not cheap/artificial tasting. For reference, her favorite is this package of Gomtang instant noodles
