250 rds of testing and had shavings from the hammer all over the lower. Is mil spec hammer not rated for blowback or is my bolt not ramped enough?

How far back should the lever be able to travel? Mine will almost hit the rear takedown

When in arc and semi the trigger will release when bolt is about 1/4” away from being in battery. Normal? If not how to fix?

Does anybody know where I can find this bolt weight that’s cut in the back for a folder plug? It came from Macon armory originally but I don’t think he sells them individually.
