So I will go into details now
In the far future, a power plant explosion caused disarray in the human race, the explosion caused radiation pollution and other power plants to explode, wiping out the whole human race.
When the humans all died out, the only thing left was cats. They took over the world, learning how to take over the human world and adjust to the dying world. The cats only survived because of a gene they have that makes them partially immune to radiation poisoning.
The story followed Spectre a half undead half alive assassin whose whole mission is to find her traitorous older brother and either get closure or kill him. Her older brother who is named Tox is the leader of MAPs (monster attack prevention syndicate) and the underground society of the condemned, plus he controls half the black market of sell of weapons and mutated animals.
There are gods, so many gods and goddesses who the cats worship heavily, and part of the story focuses on also finding out why the gods are losing power and influence over the mortal cats.
