Shop and pay order, the customer kept asking for the baby powder formula that was sold out, and insisted that I find it. I told her I already checked with the store employee, who even checked the backroom. But the she insisted that I find it.
So I cancelled the order and a couple of hours later, I got a thumb down. I only did one food delivery and 1 other shopping order but I got a feeling it was the cancelled order customer that gave me the thumb down.
Well can she? Can a cancelled order customer still give us thumb down even though the order is cancelled?
