Lake House Themes

I'm playing the Lake House DLC for the second time and maybe I was just too scared playing the first time to take note, but the themes of this DLC - what is art? How do you create art? Who gets to decide what makes something "art"? - with the addition of the ATD's (automated typing devices) trying to churn out as many pages as possible, feels like commentary on AI and how profit-driven industries (don't)value art.

The way the Marmonts force artists to create art endlessly and constantly so that it feels meaningless even to them, reminds me of how social media pushes artists to create content or effectively die. Granted I am a professional musician by trade so I may be biased.

Thoughts?
