Within flathill what are the possible locations for symphonists and is it better to farm them during a fog event?

I read online by enabling the world setting the dampener will respawn is it okay to afk while looking at it or should I stare at the floor/ stand in a different room so leyak doesn’t kill me

Also is the flair meant to be story progress or what should I use when asking question like this

It says the shield absorbs Dmg till it breaks does the shield last multiple turns or just that turn?

Btw I’m talking about the command shield not an equipable shield
