Arctis 7 Nova Firmware update issue

Trying to update the firmware, its not working.

Tried USB A to USB C on 3 different ports on my PC (verifed with USB Drive all ports work)
Tried with two different cables (confirmed both worked when I plugged in my phone.

Powered off, powered on, did all the basic troubleshooting. Still nothing, cannot get the headset to connect to the PC to continue the firmware update.

And the headset works just fine. Couldn't find a resolution online.
