We need to normalize either cancelling entire projects and adaptations for the singular usage of AI even in 1 panel out of hundreds of chapters, this shit is atrocious and disgusting to look at when I'm reading such a nice Manhwa.

With the way art in general is going for comics and manhwa AI is damm near being used in every background for buildings, mountains, environments, and settings. Instead of artists crafting their art and learning how to make ambience with colors and shapes they'll just use AI and ask for prompts. I'll tolerate it in Lookism to a degree given I've dumped so much time into it but I seriously hate seeing this shit in this manhwa.

You also see it in manhua slop all the time now, it isn't even drawn slop anymore, just fucking prompt sewage. You guys say you hate AI but if your favorite manhwas snuck it in it's suddenly not an issue?

The cognitive dissonance of the normies to deny the fact AI WILL replace manhwa, comics, and all fictional content is hilarious, go to any novel site and look at how many are just AI sewage made from China.

I'll revisit this discussion of mine 5 years later and see if it aged like sour milk from Bangladesh.

Both embody inferiority and the desire for talent.

3. Statements and Narrative

Paecheon has many statements that back up his narrative as one of the most formidable of China and one of the strongest characters in the verse of Lookism. He is not only a Pre Generation from China, but a Legendary fighter of China.

His status comes heavily from the fact he is apart of the Seven Stars of China.

These statements are refuted by both Tom and by Shintaro's lackey, his immortal body is the defining feature of him not only as one of the Seven Stars of China, but as a fighter.

Tom even goes further to say that no one in current Incheon is even capable of defeating Paecheon Jo (which in hindsight Yugang must've been an absolute BEAST to have kept this guy at bay for years in his DBT form).

Shintaro himself even states that he'd need to see PRIME SHINGEN himself fight Paecheon Jo to the death in order to get a proper idea of his true strength:

Shintaro even goes FURTHER to reinforce the power of Paecheon's body, comparing to even the Yamazaki's acclaimed Black Bone/Obsidian Skeleton which from the newfound fight with Genjo. Are VERY durable and this is VERY high praise given he's speaking of PRIME Shingen here:

Paecheon's best narrative statement to give him weight not only as a character but as a fighter is his direct comparison with Shingen, in Shintaro's own words he is the Shingen of the Dark Crocodile Society, Prime Shingen is being compared here by the way:

All in all Paecheon's narrative as the Immortal Body is very strong, firm, and hard to use against him given, now personally do I think Prime Paecheon ~ Prime Shingen?

No, I don't believe they are equal but I do believe Paecheon in his supposed prime would atleast be able to contend with Shingen on a high level before eventually losing out in Endurance given he just wouldn't be able to measure against THE YAMAZAKI.

End of Paecheon's Analysis, Shintaro's analysis will come right after this one since I'm already working on it, the fight itself will be concluded hopefully the evening of today or tomorrow morning at best.

For a baseline summary Paecheon Jo easily takes this in his Dark Blood Transformation against Jake, Jaegyeon Na, and Samuel, he makes large diagonal and horizontal hand slashes that bisect buildings apart with a width of about 2 to 3 feat.

These are impressive environmental feats and good feats of strength for Paecheon, not only do they work to display the power and might of him but also goes to show the amplifier of Dark Blood Transformation not only being regenerative in nature but also strength and speed amplifiers.

In Hwarang these feats of strength only become amplified, he blitz essentially everybody and shows off against Jake Kim for no real reason besides I guess to gloat (he'd have literally killed everybody here if it weren't for Goo).

Jake looks so fucking done here.

Onto Paecheon vs Goo he shows even better feats, his display of unique skills, technique and afterimage feat are insanely ridiculous given it's Goo he's fighting of all people.

In my personal opinion Goo should've died here.

His feats of endurance are even better than his feats of strength and speed, not only does he survive one of the STRONGEST attacks in the verse, he is able to get up from it and recover within seconds.

The fact he even survived this attack is a testament to how unbelievably durable he is.

This is a cause of one of his abilities the Dark Blood Transformation, it has ABSURD regenerative capabilities even paired with Paecheon ridiculous amounts of Endurance.

Within minutes of activating Dark Blood Transformation, his wound closes up on his chest and his entire ribcage likely healed, for an average human this punch would have blown them up. Even if they did survive a broken ribcage they'd run the risk of their ribs fracturing and peircing into their lungs with the fractured sternum being by far the worst injury Paecheon endured.

The sternum is the forefront of protection to the heart and lungs, the fact it INSTANTLY healed in seconds after being activated shows the ridiculous endurance Paecheon has, this not only makes him a horrible fight for ANYONE who doesn't have the AP of Kitae or Daniel but also even hard for those with that AP because if he doesn't get put down INSTANTLY as he just gets stronger, becomes more durable and even faster as the fight continues

Paecheon Jo as one of the Seven Stars has a lot of abilities ranging from his Unique Mastery enhanced skills to his Dark Blood Transformation.

Dark Blood Transformation: A state where Paecheon reverses his blood flow within his heart not only increasing the blood flow and heart rate, but does so at such a fast rate his entire body turns dark purple giving it the name Dark Blood. It's most powerful amplifications of the state are it's regenerative, within a couple panels of him having DBT active the whole in chest protruding out of his back seems completely closed up

This is a massive testament to his RIDICULOUS endurance who I think only Kitae trumps him in which by NO MEANS is an anti feat given Kitae is THE tank of the verse.

1. Dark Crocodile Pierce: A pincer like hand attack that uses the Masteries Speed and Strength to create a spear like attack, this would've likely ended up with Daniel looking like a Zombie with it's head blown clean off.

All of these abilities and skills make Paecheon a very formidable and difficult opponent to deal with given he's got both speed, strength, and technique to match his endurance with DBT (we'd likely have seen a lot more from paecheon had PTJ not fucked this fight so horrible).

Black Bone and TUI don't even compare in the SHEER leap in strength this bullshit plot mcguffin gave Goo.

Goo went from a semi High Tier to the top 1 to 10 depending on how you want to wank 50SS, which is the biggest issue of the form being that it's literally impossible to definitively scale given he can just " go faster ".

UI Daniel at least makes sense to have an infinite speculative scaling, but Goo never had the narrative of the best in the verse like the Perfect Body did, so it just makes this feel cheap as hell and even better than Plot Park Armour.

FOUR OUT THE 46 HE HAS, 4 STYLES WAS ENOUGH TO BEAT A TOP TIER OF THE PRE GENERATION AND A LEGEND, FUCKING 4.

This was the literal Hiroshima of the scaling community given it just made Goo the top 1 off pure speculation alone, WHICH ISN'T GOOD.

The fight should've been a good 3 chapters of content and amazing swordplay and technique display from them both, instead we got 5 panels of pure bullshit to turn Paecheon's face into a GTA melted png of Mr.Bean.

At this point Kitae inherited more Yamazaki durability than Gun ever did because how is ELI of all people cutting you but your own father can tank a Black Bone sword?

Tom would literally donut Gun and cut his limbs off like butter.

Post Incheon Jake would atomize Gun's Yuseong Knee level bones, and 2T Kitae would literally smite you.

Upgrade to Shingen my ass, Shintaro must've been huffing Charles anal fumes to have to come to that conclusion.

At this point PTJ is destroying any narrative Gun has because unless he gets 10x the plot armor he had in HFG after his " Prison training " arc he literally isn't beating anybody, Goo would Gun into sashimi and Tom would donut this man like Dio.

Genuine shite, they made Gun look weirdly weak because of this whole new Black Bone plot device and the choreography was ass, the flashback was ass, Baekho is fighting to the death against fodders.

4/10 we're going right back to slopism if this shit continues.
