I think that Nami cought the same disease that captain Yorki and half of the rumbar pirates “died” to.

For example it looks the fimiliar and the R.P. Doctor said that he cought it on a jungle island with could be little garden.

(Pls dont flame me if its a well known fact or someone else already pointed it out)
