Any dog sitters for a nervous boy?

Posting this again in this sub since it got taken down from the main Portland one (which totally makes sense).
We adopted a pretty nervous boy about 2 years ago now and are struggling a bit to find a consistent sitter for him. While well-trained and an easy pup to take care of once he gets to know you, he can be fearful of new people and experiences. He can also show some reactivity towards certain things out on walks (skateboards, other dogs barking, etc.). Hecan also be very nervous/fearful when meeting new people. But it's nothing that someone familiar with nervous dogs can't handle!
I'm wondering if anybody has recs for sitters that can stay in-home and have experience caring for nervous/sometimes reactive dogs. Again, he's easy to care for, but just needs someone that can be patient and move at his pace.
