So american airlines flight today from dfw to Seattle was delayed not once but twice
First delay was the door would not close, apparently no one had ever seen something like this. The delay took us from 6:20 take off, we sat till 8:15 pm when they deboarded. We reboarded at 10:15 pm. After reboarding the pilot announced another mechanical issue in the form of a air mask in the captains chair not showing operational. Another delay. Now we are sitting at 10:51 with an announcement that they almost have this repair done and then we can leave. No offer of snacks or drinks the whole time we sat on the plane. No meal vouchers after off the plane.
First class and advantage, what can I say or do to get something out of this?
