Ideas for Shattered Pixel Dungeon Iceberg?

I'm taking submissions for ideas for an SPD iceberg. I started playing after 3.0 so any old glitches could be very helpful! If you could also provide info and proof that would be great.

I'll eventually make this into a video and make sure to credit submissions. If you wish to NOT be credited please let me know in your comments!

My custom build of Shattered Pixel Dungeon, called Shatter the Streamer, is now available to start playing! It's based on version 3.3.7 of SPD.

It has several QoL (Quality of Life) features for standard gameplay.

  • 2nd hotbar for full, 6 slot layout, 12 totals slots when swapper button is shown
  • Boss style HP bars for all enemies for quickly checking HP values as well as buffs debuffs
  • Keybinds for camera controls
  • Tile indicator for mouse over
  • Pre-assign and auto apply talents
  • One finger zoom by sliding up/down on either edge of the screen (configurable)
  • Item note marker. When you add a custom note to an item, it shows an icon that lets you know it has a custom note

It also has a work in progress feature: Alternative tilesets for the first three zones. You can configure how often they appear in 10% steps. This just adds some fun visual variety to your runs. Right now there's:

  • Overgrown Sewers: Green tint to the sewers and vines cover the walls and bookshelves.
  • Gnoll Prisons: A darker, more tribalistic version of the prisons with most enemies retextured to Gnoll variants
  • Crystal Mines: Currently only blue crystals appear, but I plan to add orange and green variants
  • NOT IMPLEMENTED: Crumbling Metropolis: A run down version of the Dwarven Metroplis that is further affected by evil magic
  • NOT IMPLEMENTED: Icy Demon Halls: Hell is frozen over and icicles replace the stalagmites.

There's no gameplay changes in the alternative tilesets, it's purely visual. That goes for all changes made by this mod. There's no gameplay or balance changes, just small tweaks and QoL additions.

Here is a comparison between the two variants of the sewers:

And here's what talent auto apply system looks like. You can tap to assign and press and hold to view talent info and remove assignment:

For Desktop, you can transfer your save files from the main game simply by going to AppData/Roaming/.shatteredpixel and copying the contents of your Shattered Pixel Dungeon folder into the Shattered Pixel Dungeon QoL folder (after running the modded version at least once). Your main game's save files will be safe.

For Android you'll have to start over.

Please let me know any feedback you have on any aspect of the mod, any bugs you encounter! If you're interested in contributing art assets for the tilesets, please let me know as well! I'm not the best artist so help would be appreciated!
