have been going back and forth with Allstate for the past 15 days Over a $230 guided Ebike repair. They told me I could go to a repair shop of my choice, pay out of pocket and be reimbursed within 7 days after submitting receipt. I have submitted EVERYTHING. Then I get a email saying they need more info. Fine...I went back and got a copy of the guys business license and sent it to them. They sent me an email back, a copy and paste email saying how the shop can't be verified and the claims process has stopped because of this. I have called and emailed over 10 times asking what more information they want, it's been excaulated to supervisors about 6 or 7 times saying I will receive a call within 24 hrs but instead I just keep getting the same generic email. I even sent them pictures and video of the actual Ebike being repaired, along with multiple pictures of the shop, the shops location, address, and phone number. But only get the same email back.....Being transferred to a supervisor does nothing, they have zero power to do anything. This is one of the worst insurance company's I've EVER dealt with, God forbid this was for something more serious than a $230 Ebike bill, thank God it wasn't my house or car. I've done everything they have asked for but no one will do a thing. Go with this company if you want, I can only tell you what happened with myself that's all.
