Hi users, can someone save me from my dumassery? I trusted a link (I know, stupid, I thought my vpn would save me, it did not)

I’ve done the shut down thing to kick their device, but they activated two step verification and I can’t get past it to sign in, any tips to get past it would be appreciated 🫠

(I have gmail receipts of a purchase i made, gmail phone number and password but I don’t know how this works)
