Hey everyone, I'm planning on moving to Gainesville soon and am deciding between Mayfair and Century Town. Both places have nice locations and close to work, deciding between their 2x2 plans, but I need to hear some honest reviews from current tenants. Found a couple about AC issues from a year ago but thats about it.
