Hi everyone, im working on my e30 and one of the things i want to do it add a new ECU so i can have an easier time tuning my car, considering in future i may want to engine swap it or add a turbo and things like that. I’m struggling to understand how i can take the OEM engine harness and my current ECU and then somehow convert it and get a stand alone.

Please let me know if you guys know how to help or if you have any better suggestion, I’m new to this project car stuff and would really appreciate any help/tips I can get!
