2 weeks ago on the 15th of April my package was shipped to me. It contains a custom made Cosplay which costed me 4000 euro's and I waited 4 years for it to be made.
But now for 3 days it had been stuck scanning at a customs facilty. And after the 23rd there had been no further updates. I called ups and they told me the package might be lost and a investigation needs to be set up for it.
But how big is the chance they find it. It is already in my country. Just at some customs facility now. I really cannot lose this package. Is there anything or anyone else I can contact for it !?
