He can now complete his shadows

From what I gathered, his shade can grow stronger as well now, like his shadows can.

He can surn his essence into shadows. And he can call upon those shadows to shoud him. He can augment his strength even more now 😭.

He also doesn't need his incarnations to augment his shades and shadows now. He can his essence itself. The augments given are greatly enhanced, too.

This isn't even the end of it. The chapter ends up withholding Sunny getting a new attitude [ The Weave ] who knows what crazy stuff that will bring.

Also, since nobody is talking about it. I will. Sunny is now confirmed to be Weaver's epigone and the one he was talking to in that vision :

Jokes aside, I pray to God above that Audrey doesn't become like Cassie, where you can clearly tell she's the authors favorite little angel ( the main character dose not count ). Spread the love. Don't be stingy with the characters, Mr. Fish.

( Just between you and me, not hating, I genuinely can't find Audrey that interesting. Ironically enough, I am far more intrigued by Xio and Fors. Funny since we were introduced to them through Audrey )

( I'm not hating on klein, I love Klein getting his cheeks handed to him because this is the first fight where I see in lotm with raw strength. Don't hang me by my toes ).

Meursault WAS. BAD. ASS. This is why I love brute, unadulterated, indomitable strength. Each blow numbing Klein's arms. Klein having to pull the "random bullshit go" meme to beat him. Meursault's steps breaking the ground beneath him... THIS IS WHY I LOVE STRENGTH.

I need more of this. I like this. This brings me joy.

Two things :

1. Tell me there is more of this ?

2. You have told me the Red Priest pathway is closest to this. Only being beat out by the pathway of strength, Twilight Giant. I BEG you. Don't lie to me. Is it really like this ?

( If only Klein's pathway had strength augmentation )

This is literally a rip-off of when Sunny caught Anvils blade with one hand and shattered it just for the cool factor. And I love every second of it.

The saints in question:

• three of them– Effie Kai and Seishan –have abilities that are the perfect counter to the effects of the Azarax domain.

• and even with all of these advantages, it was still said that they came out of every fight against him, with their lives hanging by threads.

( Side note, this isn't even the Azarax that had thousands of years to perfect his will, AND EVEN THEN, they got there ass been EVERY SINGLE TIME )

Yes... Azarax is a total bum.

It was cool. I wished to see some actual combat, but this was good, too. It being done this way still keeps Azik more mysterious, which it not bad.

I might be the only one, but this popped into my head, and it's been cracking me up for a day.

Look, Azik's backtory was epic and sad, and he clearly has more to him, BUT THE SON OF DEATH ?

Either Klein is a schizo with these nuts theories, or Azik is about to get a whole lot cooler.

I've been saying all throughout this arc that Cassie wasn't going to defeat shit cause she's not built like that ( still the weakest of her rank, btw. As always ).

I told you that Sunny and Neph were going to have to carry the weight in this fight ( Now Mordert it here too ).

I said that ALL THROUGH the arc, Sunny, and Neph have been talking about SEALING Aster. Not killing him.

What am it 3/3 now ?

-VTB theory confirmed.

-Cassie can't fight Aster.

-The Mad Prince will return.

-Neph remembering Sunny till be a top three moments in the novel.

This moment gave us everything. An insight to Nephis' mind throughout her journey. The reason she is so drawn to Sunny. Her drowning in isolation despite being surrounded by people and the one person who gave her comfort left. Them finally reuniting. Having a conflict and vowing to never leave echothers side come hell of hight water.

This was absolutely beautiful. It was everything I could have asked for, and I couldn't see this scene not being in the top three best moments in shadow slave.

All I pray for is more povs from Neph.
