I don’t know if this is an actual side effect but I did notice this started happening around the time I started taking 20 mg a day. The side effects are that I can’t sleep with socks on like I need to take them off (even though I’ve always slept with socks on, I couldn’t sleep with them off before because I would get cold) and like for some reason it seems as though my feet and legs have a mind of their own in my sleep where they’re constantly exploring and searching for cold areas of the bed the blanket and carry me over the whole bed. I had to share a bed on some trips with my sister and she would mention how in the middle of the night several times I would move towards her because my feet were “exploring” and just touching her legs or tickling her feet and touching literally everything on the bed? I also wake up sometimes because of the constant “feeling up” motions from my feet and toes like is that normal? I always forget to mention this to my psychiatrist and I’ve been told to lower my dose to 10 mg 2 weeks ago and it still happens like am I the only one with this side effect? Is this even a side effect? I would rarely move and sleep soundly before but I wake up constantly and turn in my sleep and it’s like my legs have a mind of their own. This is so weird!!!!
