Hi everyone,
I want to solo travel internationally around diwali vacation

(I have never traveled solo or international)
(so keep in mind my passport is empty so im guessing getting visa would be a problem so i am ok with south asia)
(but with proper group like with guide and fixed itinerary cause i fear if ill be on my own i wont go out and just be in room scared to go out)

so my question is
- which company(?) would be good for me?
- which place/ country?
or any other suggestions would be appreciated :) thank you.

as title says,
im genuinely curious whats salary progression like in medical field
from internship to residency to 10 years later (or more)

i would love to have some insights
