Hi! I’m a bit new to router configuration (but not that new) and I need some help with my stock Huawei router and PS5.
The short version is: My PS5 can’t connect to PSN due to the way the router is set-up. I’ve tried port forwarding, static IPs, manual DNS and IP, connecting to 2.4 and 5, but nothing helps.
While searching online for a fix, people in Reddit who had the same problem found turning IPv6 to Automatic (or straight up turning it off helps).
My problem? The options in my router configuration are greyed out, I cant interact with them. I can set up a “new connection” but that’s where my knowledge ends. I don’t know how to set it up without being sure that my router wont die.
