Emailed Hytale Support on April 14 because my old phone with my account authenticator died. The backup codes I generated for my account don't work so I emailed Hytale support and still have not received a response. I'm frankly alittle angry that I secured my backup codes and can't even play the game I purchased. Having no response in over two weeks is frustrating. Anyone else have a similar experience with support?
