infosys campus hiring doubt !

Hi everyone,

I'm a final-year engineering student, and Infosys is coming to our campus for L1, L2, and L3 roles.

I'm a bit confused about how the selection process works.

I've heard from some people that the L3 assessment doesn't include aptitude and focuses mainly on coding/technical rounds. If that's true, how can the recruitment process be the same for L1, L2, and L3?

I have a few questions:

  1. Do candidates get to choose whether they want to apply for L1, L2, or L3, or does Infosys decide the role based on performance?
  2. Is there a single common online assessment for all three roles, or are there separate assessments for each role?
  3. Does the L3 process really skip aptitude, or is that just a rumor?
  4. If anyone attended an on-campus Infosys drive recently (2025/2026), could you share the selection process and the difficulty level of the coding rounds?

I'd really appreciate any insights from people who have gone through the process recently. Thanks!
