I recently setup a server to re-share a network share (yeah I know odd ball use case) when I was putting it all together I thought "yep, I'll mount the network share at /srv/data".

While I don't​ think this is outright wrong I has still got me thinking. What have others used /srv for? What alternative locations are used?

Really just after thoughts and opinions to help deepen my understanding of FHS.
