I have multiple Rupture agents so I should consider investing in Lucia and Dialyn to make all of my Rupture teams stronger.

I can get Lucia's W-Engine now, or Dialyn's W-Engine later on her rerun. Which would be better for Banyue? (and other Rupture agents) I imagine Dialyn is a better general buffer to invest in but I would still like some advice.
