Hi all, I hope someone can help me with this. I have a modern PC running Windows 11, a dual sense control, controller, and the most recent version of PlayStation accessories. My controller is recognized and listed in the accessories app. But I cannot interact with it at all, it only shows the controller number and the battery level. They are supposed to be options to configure the buttons, etc. but nothing is there. I have tried direct plug-in and Bluetooth, and no difference.

Is there something I’m doing wrong? I uninstalled and re-downloaded to make sure I had the most current version. I am up-to-date in firmware and software.

If you know what is going on, I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
