What makes you feel confident enough to trust a jeweler with custom work?
After reading through a lot of custom jewelry stories lately (both good and bad), I realized how important the trust side of it really is.
For those of you who’ve had custom pieces made before, what actually made you feel comfortable choosing a particular jeweler? Was it their work, communication, transparency, pricing, reviews, gut feeling, or something else?
