Can you guys review my parts list for a $2500 build and see if this is decent?
For context, I am putting this together for a friend who ALREADY has a case (A Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL to be specific) and do not need one included in the budget.
Ryzen 7 7800X3D
MSI MPG X870E EDGE TI WIFI ATX
Crucial Pro 32GB 2x16 kit
XFX Swift OC Radeon RX 9070 16GB
be quiet! Pure Power 13 M 1000 W 80+ Gold (probably overkill I know but futureproofs a bit)
6 x Corsair iCUE LINK RX120 fans (7 if we can find a single for sale for the solo exhaust in the back)
Corsair iCUE LINK Titan 360 RX LCD AIO cooler
Western Digital WD_BLACK SN7100 2 TB M.2-2280
Budget also includes Windows 11. PCPartPicker has my grand total at $2580.79
SO, all that said, basically as I was asking in the title, is this a decent enough build for the money, and if not what changes might I make? I've just been a bit out of the loop of late and want to be certain I'm not bottlenecking this too bad anywhere.
Side note, I know we all hate Crucial right now but it is so far beyond cheaper than other brands, and I fully intend to encourage him to purchase ram secondhand and am far from locked on that specifically, really just looking for whatever good kit we can find lol.
I'm also very open to ideas that may save me one or two hundred dollars, as this is coming out over budget and I am hesitant to do anything that might drop the performance too much and come out bad.
