Is anyone else struggling to get ServiceTitan invoices into QuickBooks cleanly?
How are you all handling ServiceTitan → QuickBooks sync right now?
I've run into the same issues over and over:
- Revenue landing in the wrong accounts because job types don't map cleanly to QB
- Customers or items that exist in ST but not QB creating sync errors
- Manual cleanup required after every export
- Discrepancies between the two that only show up at month-en
I'm an HVAC engineer and I built a tool to automate that sync. Looking for a small group of ST shops to beta test it and give honest feedback.
Ideal testers:
- ServiceTitan + QuickBooks Online
- Export invoices regularly
- Willing to share real workflow feedback
