Any Roofing/Siding companies using ST?

Would love to hear your experience specifically if you do roofing/siding. Realize it's a bit different from something like HVAC etc. and would like to hear what the pros and cons are of your experience with the product

Is anyone else struggling to get ServiceTitan invoices into QuickBooks cleanly?

How are you all handling ServiceTitan → QuickBooks sync right now?

I've run into the same issues over and over:

  • Revenue landing in the wrong accounts because job types don't map cleanly to QB
  • Customers or items that exist in ST but not QB creating sync errors
  • Manual cleanup required after every export
  • Discrepancies between the two that only show up at month-en

I'm an HVAC engineer and I built a tool to automate that sync. Looking for a small group of ST shops to beta test it and give honest feedback.

Ideal testers:

  • ServiceTitan + QuickBooks Online
  • Export invoices regularly
  • Willing to share real workflow feedback

Beta is free. DM me if this sounds familiar.

New Job - Learning ST

I just accepted a position with a company that uses Service Titan and I have zero experience with it. That being said, what are your best service titan secrets?

I’ll be doing the training courses for it once I start but any help from experienced users is appreciated. Thanks!
