How much is my AM4 build worth?

Sorry if I post this in the wrong subreddit. - removed from pcmasterrace - didn’t know the rules.
I have a pretty solid AM4 build and I just wanted to know what you guys think it's worth. (With a bit of guidance)
First and foremost I don't need an upgrade so logically it doesn't make sense to upgrade.
But I'm the type of person to not hold onto things before prices drop further than it needs to. I like to ensure I get the most value out of my tech after having them for a long while.
My rig has:
Ryzen 7 5700x
ASUS rog strix B450 Gaming |I F
32GB 3200Mhz Corsair ram
750w gigabyte power supply
2TB Samsung M.2
1TB Crucial M.2
240GB SSD
2TB HDD
ASUS Rog Strix 3080ti
Cooler master 212 cpu cooler
6 case arctic case fans connected to arctic hub
Corsair ATX case
Pretty solid overall build.
Now for the dilemma, I know my PC is worth a fair few change. I've found a 5700x3d for £205 from a reputable seller. (5800x3d just too expensive) I've had offers for £120 for my CPU so I'm thinking of upgrading the CPU whilst I can get money for my CPU and prolong the life of my AM4 just a bit more and enjoy a X3D chip as I never had that before.
But I'm also curious as to how much my system is worth because I can mix and match 2nd hand DDR5 parts into a rig so I'm more future proof - set for future upgrades.
(Also because I feel like selling my rig could potentially cover majority of the cost).
With current prices I've seen, I'm thinking to sell my rig without the GPU included so I can just reuse it in a AM5 build and save myself from buying another one. Gives me an excuse to upgrade later too.
But I'm just curious as to what you guys think is best here. If possible I'd like some guidance/advice with the value of my rig with and without the GPU.
