Unusual Flying Object
Several years ago I saw something new to me. A small car was flying alongside a rural highway, maybe 100 feet in the air. Is was suspended from a parachute made of balloon cubes.
I was curious, so I pulled over and watched as it traveled down the road. Since then, I've seen it in the same area two or three more times, but I've never heard anyone mention it.
Has anyone else heard of these flying cars?
Gemini gave me an answer. It was probably a powered parachute (PPC).
