Vocês poderiam me recomendar mais músicas parecidas?

My husband seems too receptive to attention from a female coworker. What boundaries are reasonable?

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for advice from people who may have experience with this kind of situation.
I’m a Latin American woman, 32F, married to a European man, 35M. We currently live in my home country in Latin America. Recently, my husband got an online job, and I was genuinely very happy for him because he had struggled for years to find good work in his home country. This job is also in the same industry I’ve been working in for years, so I basically mentored him, helped him understand the field, and guided him on how to apply and position himself.
The issue is that there is a younger American woman at his job who treats him extremely well. In my opinion, it feels like she crosses the line into flirtatious behavior. She is overly friendly with him, asks him a lot of personal/casual questions, and I’ve noticed he gets nervous around her. This has caused a lot of serious arguments between us because I feel uncomfortable with the dynamic.
She knows I exist, but it honestly feels like she doesn’t care. From what I’ve seen, she also seems to behave this way with other men from other teams, so it doesn’t seem like it’s only with my husband. Still, it really bothers me that he seems so receptive to that attention.
I don’t want to be controlling, but I also don’t want to ignore my gut feeling. I feel hurt because I supported him so much to get to this point, and now I feel like I have to watch him enjoy attention from another woman at the job I helped him get.
How would you handle this in a marriage? What boundaries would be reasonable in this situation? Am I overreacting, or is it fair to feel uncomfortable with this kind of work dynamic?
I’d really appreciate honest advice, especially from people who have dealt with workplace flirtation or boundary issues in marriage.
