I get sales tax on initial purchases.
But when a car changes owners 5x sales tax has to be paid and repaid over and over and over.
Seems ridiculous.

So never seen a dog do this but have to soak his foot in a solution due to infection, done in baggie only 1 foot gets wet. He doesn’t touch his foot to anywhere but immediately spends 5 minutes right then left head rubbing on carpet to dry ears.
So wet anywhere = I must dry ears. MinPins are such goofballs.
I have a 2024 that the passenger rear loses about 5 pounds every 2 weeks. Just fill up but annoying.
Soapy spray cannot find it.
Dunk tank cannot find it (they of course don’t want to watch it for an hour or more)
