43m getting there slowly but surely.
So rewind 10 years and I was in the best shape of my life until an unfortunate work accident. 2 major back surgeries and some nerve damage really set me back. September of last year I started to notice I was getting a lot of hip pain but I wasn’t really doing anything strenuous but really started carrying a lot of my weight around my midsection. Started at 172lb and now down to 162lb. Hip pain gone and energy levels have gone up. My goal is high teens BF and then maybe start to put more muscle on.
