Hi! I provide data driven actions to a saas company for upselling/churn/quality of costumers/ costumer journey/etc… alongside with some financial automations think invoicing past payments for aging reports and deferred revenue… and about to build them a costumer support agent.
Now that I have been producing reports this past month I am moving to automate the reports generations pipeline to live on their servers (so far I automated 3 processes for them that live in my git actions on a private repo- one of them is filling up a spreadsheet that tracks data from GA4, Hubspot, and Stripe which took 4 different people 2 hours each to fill the spreadsheet when my system does it in 10 minutes every Friday :) wanted to build them a costume app but after the breach in Vercel ain’t no way I’m exposing api keys on those platforms.
Now for the costumer support agent I’m about to build they are going to host me on a linode VM with Ubuntu OS. Which is I believe will be my gateway for a bunch of the automating report down the road and their GitHub business account (hopefully they use that- they are pretty old saas haha).
I know they want the reports that I make to be fed directly into their hubspot but my costume scripts and automations pull data from the Google analytics, Stripe, and Hubspot, soon their internal CRM and potentially Microsoft Clarity.
Has anyone here automated reports that are being surfaced directly inside hubspot?
Would appreciate any helpful advice or literally anything as I want to make this right :)
