Okay, this is a weird one. My husband and I are on an aimless road trip after a friends wedding and ended up in Astoria (our favorite place) for a couple nights. We are in a fully self contained camper van and literally just need the space to crash. Willing to pay. Figured it’s worth asking.

I sold an item that I personalized. The buyer didn’t notice the size (it’s a clothing item) until after I shipped it. I agreed to take the return anyway and told her I didn’t normally do so. She then ordered multiple other jackets in different sizes again personalized and I explained I couldn’t do that because once it’s personalized I can’t resell it. I’ve had to cancel multiple orders from her and she’s upset. (She’s ordering things but then requesting multiple changes as well-even though I explained it’s an item that’s already made). I’d like to block her but worried she will leave a bad review (I am 5 stars). I need help figuring out how to stop her from placing more orders. Can I block her without having the item back? I’m about to lose my patience.
