It's been several years since I had a poly partner. my current partner is poly and unfortunately for now we are long distance, we've discussed opening things up to take the edge off of not being able to physically have sex, we eventually want to find another equal partner to be in a committed throuple. Any tips on getting back into the headspace and how to find fwb? We are both really shy and tend to struggle finding fun, also any tips on how to discuss boundaries would be appreciated it's been a while since either of us were lucky enough to find a poly partner
