What experience do you all have with screen replacements?
For personal reasons, I'm not interested in the OLED model of the Legion 5 Gen 10. The NE153WUM-NY1 that comes with the LCD model has ghosting issues that make certain games unplayable. The upgrade panel Lenovo had sold for this system is the NE153QDM-NZ8, but it's out of stock and I'm not convinced it ever will be in stock. The easiest alternative to find is the NE153QDM-NZ1, but it uses up more power than either panel and I worry about possibly not being able to turn down the brightness or set the correct refresh rate if I buy it.
I would like to know if this panel swap is safe before I buy both the laptop and the NZ1. I know if the NZ8 was readily available I wouldn't need to ask this question (I have no interest in the "compatible" displays listed on AliExpress).
