My mazda 3 sedan 2025 is having fogging issues on the passenger side only. Its worse on the rear seat windows.

What might be causing this ?

Did a car wash, dried it and applied griots 3in1 ceramic wax by spraying on microfiber cloth, wiping then buffing with dry cloth.

The results after a rain is shown in the images. Is it good enough ?
