Wasn't happy with my weight and needed a distraction from the chaos in my life, so I started walking after work. At first it was just a couple miles 2-3x a week, but now it's 8 miles 5x a week, sometimes more. My daily step count goal is 15k. Its amazing how much better I feel. I should've been doing this years ago.
