Does the imminent failure of Star Savior already have a date?

1. Incompetent Founder/CEO The CEO is utterly incompetent, narcissistic (NPD), highly defensive against criticism, and driven purely by ego. They have zero understanding of market trends and, worst of all, have never even played their own game.

2. Stubborn Management The management structure is entirely rigid. Even if players or staff provide constructive feedback, there is almost zero chance that these opinions will be considered or implemented.

3. Passive Live Service Their approach to live service is incredibly passive. Whenever a critical bug or issue arises in-game, they refuse to take immediate action. Instead, they take a "wait-and-see" approach, base their entire response on player backlash, and only move when forced.

4. Repeating Past Failures It is deeply frustrating to watch them make the exact same mistakes in their new game as they did in the previous title. Internal employees raised red flags and suggested improvements multiple times before launch, yet their input was completely ignored. The game was pushed to release without any fixes, leading players to immediately point out the exact same flaws. Only after public opinion tanked did management pretend to listen—a textbook case of "locking the stable door after the horse has bolted." As long as they surround themselves with "Yes-men" and ignore the front-line staff, this cycle of failure will continue.

5. Directionless Leadership The company's standards and direction change constantly, like a reed blowing in the wind. Management fails to provide a clear vision for both the company and its ongoing projects. There is a complete lack of long-term planning and zero transparency regarding current operations or future roadmaps. Due to broken internal communication, no one knows what management is thinking or what the ultimate goals are.

6. Office Politics & Brain Drain Many core developers and veteran specialists who made the previous project successful have resigned en masse due to burnout and lack of appreciation. Talented staff are treated as disposable commodities rather than assets to be nurtured. Recently, the exodus of core personnel has worsened. These were highly competent, loyal employees who left simply because they were fed up with leadership's incompetence and the poor treatment of their past work. The current work environment has become incredibly toxic, plagued by factionalism (the CEO's inner circle), nepotism, and a culture where only passive "Yes-men" survive.

7. Communication Breakdown & Micromanagement There is no transparency in workflow distribution. Due to chronically delayed decision-making paired with extreme micromanagement (requiring micro-confirmations for every little thing), operational efficiency and the quality of the final product have drastically deteriorated.

8. Desperate New Projects They claim to be working on a new title, but it feels like a desperate struggle for survival. It is highly likely to follow the same doomed path as previous titles, especially since they have no intention of hiring new talent and are simply shifting exhausted, existing staff around.

9. Misguided Marketing Their marketing strategy is completely missed the mark. They heavily prioritize Vtuber promotions over content creators who are more established, prominent, and actually align with the game's specific genre.

10. Horrific Treatment of Previous Projects The mistreatment regarding their past IP is the final straw: Forced Dissolution: In late March, the highly competent team behind the previous division was forcefully disbanded simply because the CEO personally disliked them. It is obvious he harbors a deep resentment toward that specific IP and its creators. Yet, he casually announced a "reboot" of the IP after discarding the original team, despite not having found any new staff to replace them yet. The Destruction of Café Strega: Today, they began dismantling Café Strega, treating its assets like garbage that needs to be erased as quickly as possible. They banned anyone from taking or preserving the items, and rumors suggest they even harassed individuals who managed to save some pieces, demanding them back. This shows just how much the CEO loathes the CounterSide IP—he wants to erase every single trace of the old team's hard work.

If all that wasn't enough, there are more problems.

【StudioBside New Project】

「StudioBside Started Recruiting People for Their 2 New Projects」

As geum tae announced on eos announcement notice seems like studiobside really work on a reboot project at the moment. they posted recrutiment notices about their 2 new projects on tuesday. Project A and Project I.

Project A seems like the counterside reboot one since they want understanding on counterside world and story for job requirement. they are recruiting story maker and illustrator for it at the moment.

Project I on the other hand is the weird one. they are looking for mobile game programmer for it at the moment and seems like they want that person as the head or one of the head of that project. and from the requirement of the job you can tell Project I is another idle rpg project.

Project A is the obvious one as i said above but Project I is the real weird one... we probably won't know anything about Project I for a long time but seems like weird things are happening on that part.

Events where the MC is unimportant

In a game that the story is updated supposedly every 3 months not to bring the MC to the stories they will have while waiting for updates is kind of absurd, don't you think? and taking into account that I have seen other people talk about Yuri this is the feeling that will pass if more events come without having the MC as "anchor," Star Savior.

What do you think of this?, do you like this direction where the MC is just another one in the event? I myself do not care about the events revolving around other characters but that the MC is of importance in the story, the game does not call Star Savor for nothing
