Hey everyone, I’m stuck between two options for buying an independent house and could use some advice. Here are the details:

Option A (Sector 1) Vasundhara: 78-meter 2story building. Price is under 2cr. The approach road is 9 meters wide. It’s cheaper than the Vasundhara other option.

Option B (Sector 2C) Vasundhara**:** 65-meter plot. 3-floor construction. The road is narrower (7.5 meters), but it is park facing. The seller is asking for significantly more than 2.2cr

I'm confused because Sector 1 has a better road and more land for less money, but Sector 2C has the "Park Facing" tag and more built-up area (3 floors).

Which one is a better long-term investment? Does the 1.5m difference in road width matter more than a park view?
